Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

3. How to Request a Return

We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your return is rejected (used, opened, or not in original condition), you will be notified by email.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@nuviraskin.com with a photo of the product and your order number.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, etc.).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a brief description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
